Scholarships

The Director's Scholarship

IHN offers a small needs-based IHN Director's Scholarship. Needs are assessed based on past federal financial support. To be considered for the scholarship, interested applicants should complete a FAFSA form and list their social security number on their application so the FAFSA can be matched with the application. No additional documentation is needed.

Admitted applicants are reviewed for scholarship consideration on May 15th each year. Applications submitted after May 15th may be considered for a scholarship if remaining funds are available.

Applicants receiving past financial support that is not documented within the federal financial aid system should submit a note to IHN at ihnadmissions@cumc.columbia.edu to be considered for a scholarship award.

Currently, our IHN Director's Scholarship is for domestic students only.

Yellow Ribbon US Veterans Scholarship

US veterans can apply for a veterans scholarship. If this applies to you, please contact the IHN for more information.
